Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Countertop Shop website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

The Countertop Shop provides countertop materials and installation services including but not limited to quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, and other natural and engineered stone products. We serve customers in Paris, Texas and surrounding areas.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Subject to final measurements and site conditions
• Based on standard installation practices and may not include additional work
• Non-binding until a signed contract is executed

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to begin work
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Materials and Workmanship

We strive to provide high-quality materials and workmanship. Natural stone products may contain variations in color, pattern, and texture which are inherent characteristics and not defects. We will make reasonable efforts to match samples and selections, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to the natural variation in stone materials.

Warranty

We provide warranties on our installation work as specified in your service contract. Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products. Warranty coverage does not include damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage from events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the materials and services provided. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages. Any claims must be made within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue.

Scheduling and Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within agreed timeframes. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Site Access and Preparation

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Removing personal belongings from work areas
• Ensuring utilities are available as needed
• Obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)
